Your satisfaction is our priority at NovaFlex. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale/clearance items, personal care products, and items marked as final sale.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@novaflex.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
